GIAC Successfully organized and hosted the Caucasus and Central Asia Arbitration Series at Paris Arbitration Week 2026
Georgian International Arbitration Centre (GIAC), in partnership with Eversheds Sutherland Litigation & Dispute Management, successfully hosted the latest session of the Caucasus and Central Asia Arbitration Series on 24 March 2026.Held at the Eversheds Paris offices during Paris Arbitration Week (#PAW2026), the event brought regional expertise to the heart of Paris for engaging and timely discussions on cross-border dispute resolution.
The session featured two dynamic panels expertly moderated by Ketevan Betaneli. The discussions were led by Secretary General of GIAC Beka Injia, alongside Wesley Pydiamah, Shirin Gurdova, Gulirano Abdullajonova, Nurlan Mustafayev, Battine Edwards, and Sarah Monnerville Smith, who provided valuable insights into critical industry developments and dispute resolution updates across the Caucasus and Central Asia. They also shared practical, strategic guidance on obtaining arbitrator appointments in regional commercial disputes.
