Remote Hearing Protocol

The GIAC Remote Hearing Protocol (2026 Edition) sets out supplementary procedural rules for hearings and other meetings held, in whole or in part, by video conference or other means of remote communication in arbitrations administered by GIAC. The Protocol is made in English and Georgian.
