Call for Contract-based Business Development Subject Matter Expert (SME)

We are currently seeking a dedicated Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our team in Tbilisi. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of GIAC by designing and implementing impactful business development strategies.
Main Duties and Responsibilities of the SME

The SME will work closely with GIAC and international consultants to build comprehensive and actionable business development strategies focused on, among other GIAC priorities:

·        Strategic Growth

·        Financial Sustainability

·        Stakeholder Engagement

·        Marketing and Outreach

·        Improved Digital Visibility

·        Expert Business Development Advisory

Key Requirements

·        Experience: Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in business development.

·        Sector Expertise: Proven track record working with Alternative Dispute Resolution institutions (arbitration/mediation centers) or performing similar business development tasks for entities offering legal services.

·        Education: At least undergraduate degree in Business and/or Law (UG + alternative dispute resolution knowledge is preferred).

·        Language: Full proficiency/fluency in English and Georgian.

·        Location: Based in Tbilisi (on-site work at the GIAC office required on an as-needed basis).

Contract Details

Term: 6-month initial contract (with the possibility of extension).

Remuneration: Competitive; to be determined based on experience and qualifications.
